Standard Death Benefit

Available during accumulation phase. If owner is age 75 or younger at contract issue, upon death, benefit will be greater of - 1) contract value, less any purchase payment credits applied within 12 months of the date of death, less any applicable rider charges; or 2) purchase payments minus adjusted partial surrenders. If owner is age 76 or older at contract issue, the beneficiary receives the contract value, less any purchase payment credits subject to reversal, less any applicable rider charges.
