Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner or annuitant, benefit will be greater of - 1) contract value, or 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals. Upon Death of owner, if death benefit elected in combination with i4LIFE Indexed Advantage, Death Benefit will be equal to the greater of the 1) Account Value as of the Valuation Date; or 2) the sum of all purchase payments, reduced by Periodic Income Payments under the i4LIFE Indexed Advantage rider, RMDs and all other withdrawals. Periodic Income Payment reduces the purchase payments on dollar-for-dollar basis.

Cancellation
May not be cancelled.
Termination
The benefit will automatically terminate upon 1) annuitization; 2) death; 3) change in ownership; or 4) Lifetime Income Period begins under i4LIFE Indexed Advantage rider.
Available when added
Only at contract issue, regardless of when i4LIFE Indexed Advantage is elected.
Effect change ownership
Change in all contract owners or annuitant may terminate the rider.
