Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of annuitant, Issuer will add 40% of earnings (25% if annuitant ages between 70 to 75) to any death benefit payable under contract. Earnings is amount by which sum of contract value, exceeds remaining purchase payments. the Benefit is paid upon the death of any Annuitant.
