Maximum Quarterly Value Death Benefit

Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, or 3) Maximum Quarterly Value Death Benefit, which is calculated on each contract anniversary, prior to owner's 83rd birthday, increased by purchase payments and reduced for withdrawals made after reset date. Maximum Quarterly Value Death Benefit will never be more than contract value plus $1,000,000. No fee will be charged for Maximum Quarterly Value DB, if MQV DB value will be less than the Contract value DB value.
