Maximum Daily Value Death Benefit

This benefit is available during the accumulation phase. In the event of the owner's death, the death benefit will be the greatest of the following: (1) the contract value, (2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, or (3) the highest Maximum Daily Value death benefit prior to the older owner's 83rd birthday. At the time of the Owner death, the Maximum Daily Value Death Benefit will be no greater than the Contract Value Death Benefit, in which case no fee is assessed.
