Benefit Description
Upon death of annuitant, during the Accumulation Period, the beneficiary will receive the greater of the standard death benefit or the highest Annuity Value reached during the period between the Contract Date and the earlier of the Annuitant's date of death or 80th birthday. If there were any partial withdrawals after the highest Annuity Value, the amount of those withdrawals is adjusted based on the ratio of the death benefit to the Annuity Value .
