Benefit Description
If Owner is Annuitant and, death occurs before the 8th contract year, the benefit is the greater of; 1) Cash Value at the time of death or 2) Purchase Payments adjusted for withdrawals, increased by 5% annually up to age 80 (capped at 200%). If death occurs after the 7th contract year, the benefit is the greatest of; 1)Cash Value at death, 2)Purchase Payments adjusted for withdrawals with the 5% increase, or the Highest anniversary Value on the 7th anniversary adjusted for withdrawals. For Contracts issued in Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Washington, 5% increase is not applicable.
