Benefit Description
During accumulation phase, upon death of annuitant (or owner if annuitant and owner is same), benefit will be greater of; a) Guaranteed minimum death benefit or b) Policy Value. Guaranteed minimum death benefit will be equal to premium payments increased dollar for dollar for additional premium payments, reduced for withdrawals.
