Basic Death Benefit

Available at the time of death, the death benefit is equal to the greater of: 1) the account value on the date we receive due proof of death, and 2) the Minimum Guaranteed Surrender Value. Note: In the event of death prior to the end of an index term, Prudential will provide a partial credit of any positive index return.
