Benefit description
A death benefit will be paid if: (a) an Owner dies before the Annuity date; or (b) if a non-natural Owner (e.g., corporation or trust) and any Annuitant dies before the Annuity Date. No death benefit is payable upon death of an Annuitant before the Annuity Date unless the Owner is: (a) the Annuitant; or (b) a non-natural Owner.
