Eagle Guarantee Focus 7 is a single premium deferred annuity with a market value adjustment. The minimum initial contribution is $10,000 for qualified and non-qualified contracts. 10% free withdrawal is available in the beginning of 2nd year. RMD is available in the 1st contract year. Surrender charges are seven years in duration (8%, 8%, 7%, 6%, 5%, 4%, 3%)and are waived in the event of death, entrance into a nursing home or diagnosis of a terminal illness. MGIR currently is 2.65% and MGSV is 90%. GMSV is 90% of single premium minus any withdrawals and guaranteed to never less than 2.65%. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty.
