F&G Secure MYGA 5 ROP is a Single Premium Deferred Annuity.  The initial minimum contribution is $20,000 qualified and non-qualified.  Available after contract issue, up to 10% of the account value annually during the initial fixed interest rate guarantee period may be withdrawn without incurring a penalty.  Systematic withdrawals are an option. Surrender charges are five years in duration (9%, 8%, 7%, 6%, 5%) and are waived in the event of annuitization, death, nursing home, diagnosis of a terminal illness, or impairment.   At the end of the initial interest rate guarantee period, the contract will automatically renew into a 1-year renewal interest rate guarantee period with no surrender charges.  Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty. Early surrender charges may also apply. Guarantees based on claims paying ability of insurer. Products / features may not be available in all states. This is an annuity contract issued by an insurance company and not a bank product protected by the FDIC.
