Description:
The Access SPDA is a Single Premium Deferred Annuity. The minimum initial contribution is $5,000 for qualified and non-qualified funds. There is an option to withdraw up to 10% of the accumulated value or accumulated interest, whichever is greater. Systematic withdrawal is an option. Surrender charges vary by rate term and are waived in the event of annuitization, death, entrance into a nursing home, or diagnosis of a terminal illness. Withdrawals may be subject to Federal/State income tax, and if taken prior to age 59 1/2, a 10% Federal Penalty tax. Guarantees based on claims paying ability of insurer.
