Description:
The AG HorizonSelect is a single premium deferred annuity with a market value adjustment. The minimum initial contribution is $5,000 for qualified funds and non-qualified funds. Beginning in policy year one, 10% of the policy value may be withdrawn without a surrender charge or mva. Surrender charges vary by rate term and if certain qualifications are met, are waived in the event of annuitization, death or entrance into a nursing home or hospital. There is a 30 day window prior to the end of each rate term in which a full or partial withdrawal can be made without mva or surrender charges.
