The AG VisionMaximizer is a single premium deferred index annuity with a market value adjustment. The minimum single premium is $20,000 for qualified and non-qualified money. 10% of the annuity value, as of the previous contract anniversary (10% of the initial premium in the first contract year) may be withdrawn without a withdrawal charge or MVA. Systematic Withdrawal is an option. There are ten years of surrender charges (17,16,15,14,13,10,9,8,7,6) that are waived in the event of annuitization after the fifth policy year, death, or entrance into a nursing home. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty.
