Rider provides access to the full contract value, without any CDSC in case of accident or illness, which requires an extended stay in a nursing home or hospital. Owner can access contract value for care that - 1) begins at least one year after the contract issue, 2) is provided by a qualified institution for at least 90 consecutive days and 3) owner is age 85 or younger.
