The FlexDex Multi-Choice Elite is a flexible premium deferred equity indexed annuity. The minimum initial contribution is $25,000 for Non-Qualified and Qualified funds. There is a 5% cumulative free withdrawal up to 25% of premium payments received. There is an optional death benefit rider available for non-qualified policies where the owner and annuitant are the same individual and enables the beneficiary to receive up to 28% of the contracts gain. A charge for this rider does apply. Annuitization and a Nursing Home / Hospital Benefit are also an option.
