The AG HorizonPlus 2004 is a single premium deferred annuity with a market value adjustment. The minimum initial contribution is $5,000 for both qualified and non-qualified funds. 10% of the contract value may be withdrawn in any policy year. There are nine years of surrender which, if certain qualifications are met, are waived in the event of annuitization or entrance into a nursing home or hospital.
