The Income Driver 10 is a Modified Single Premium deferred indexed annuity with a market value adjustment. The minimum single premium is $25,000 for qualified and non-qualified category. A maximum of 10% of the accumulation value can be withdrawn after the first policy year without any withdrawal charge or market value adjustments. Surrender charges are 10 years in duration and are waived in the event of death, confinement to a nursing home, or diagnosis of a terminal illness. The product has an add on Standard Guaranteed Lifetime Income Rider. This product provides an additional benefit of DCA account, with which the investor has an advantage to earn interest daily. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty. Early surrender charges may also apply. Guarantees based on claims paying ability of insurer. Products / features may not be available in all states.
