The BCA Elevate 8 is a single premium deferred indexed annuity (SPDIA) with a Market Value Adjustment (MVA). The minimum premium is $10,000 for qualified and non-qualified money. It has 5% free withdrawals based on the Accumulation Value during the first year and 10% each year thereafter. Withdrawal Charges are eight years in duration (10, 9, 9, 9, 8, 7, 5, 3% in all states except CA where it is 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1%) and are waived in the event of death, confinement or diagnosis of a terminal illness.
