The DualTrack Income is a a modified single premium deferred index annuity with a market value adjustment. The minimum single premium is $25,000 for qualified and non-qualified money. Additional premium of $500 can be made at any time. maximum total contribution without approval is $1 million. 10% of the Account Value may be withdrawn without any surrender charges and MVA, after the first contract anniversary. Surrender charges are 10 years in duration, (may vary with state availability), and may be waived in the event of annuitization, death, entrance into nursing home or diagnosis of a terminal illness.
