The TruePath Income is a modified single premium deferred index annuity with a market value adjustment. The minimum single premium is $25,000 for qualified and non-qualified money. Additional premium of $500 can be made at any time during the first contract year, maximum total contribution without approval is $2 million. 10% of the total premium may be withdrawn during the first contract year and greater of 10% of the last contract anniversary value or RMD without any surrender charges and MVA. Surrender charges are 10 years in duration, (may vary with state availability), and may be waived in the event of death, entrance into nursing home or diagnosis of a terminal illness. There is a GLWB available at issue. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty.
