The Guaranty Growth Plus is a single premium deferred indexed annuity with a market value adjustment (MVA). The minimum single premium is $20,000 for qualified and non-qualified money. 10% of the contract value may be withdrawn each year without incurring a surrender charge. Surrender charges are 10 years in duration (may vary in states) and are waived in the event of death, terminal Illness, Disability or confined to a long term care facility. The feature includes Guaranteed Withdrawal Rider and Return of Premium. State variations may apply. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty.
