The Guaranty Growth Builder - 5 Year is single is a single premium fixed indexed annuity with a market value adjustment (MVA). The minimum single premium is $20,000 for qualified and non-qualified money. Starting in the second contract year, 10% of the prior anniversary's contract value is eligible for withdrawal without incurring Surrender Charges, Market Value Adjustments (MVA), or bonus recapture. Surrender charges are 5 years in duration (may vary in states)and are waived in the event of death, terminal Illness, confinement or hospital. The Premium Bonus & Enhanced Access Rider is available. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty.
