The Voya Secure Index Seven is a flexible premium deferred fixed index annuity. The minimum initial contribution is $15,000 for qualified and non-qualified funds. Additional premium payments can be made for $50 or more. 10% of the accumulated value may be withdrawn annually. Systematic Withdrawal is an option.
