The IncomeOutcome is a flexible premium deferred equity indexed annuity. The minimum initial contribution is $1,500 for qualified and $5,000 for non-qualified funds. Additional premium payments can be made for $50 or more. 10% of the accumulated value may be withdrawn annually. Systematic Withdrawal is an option. There are ten years of surrender charges that are waived in the event of annuitization, death, entrance into a nursing home or hospital.
