The Elite 90 9 year is a single premium deferred index annuity. The minimum single premium is $5,000 for qualified and $10,000 for non-qualified money. If a full or partial withdrawal is taken prior to the end of the Option Period, index-linked interest in excess of the Guaranteed Minimum Value will be lost on the amount withdrawn. An optional liquidity endorsement for a 10% (of Remaining Premium) annual withdrawal may be selected, which will result in a lower Index Participation Rate. A Terminal Illness Benefit is also available. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty. Early surrender charges may also apply. Guarantees based on claims paying ability of insurer. Products / features may not be available in all states.
