Jackson Income Assurance Advisory 10 is an individual modified single premium deferred index annuity with a market value adjustment (MVA), available to owners and annuitants between the ages of 50 and 80. The minimum single premium is $25,000 for both qualified and non-qualified funds, with additional premiums allowed only during the first contract year. Each policy year, up to 10% of the beginning-of-year accumulated value may be withdrawn without incurring surrender charges or MVA. The contract includes advisory fees, which are capped at 1.25% of withdrawals, and these will not reduce the GMWB benefit base. Withdrawals and taxable distributions are subject to ordinary income tax, and if made before age 59½, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty. Early surrender charges may apply.
