The Max Elite Accumulation 10 is a Modified single premium deferred fixed index annuity with a market value adjustment. The minimum single premium is $20,000 for qualified and non-qualified money. 10% of the beginning accumulation value may be withdrawn starting first contract year, without any withdrawal charge or MVA. Surrender charges are ten years in duration, state variations may apply. MVA and Surrender Charges are waived in the event of annuitization after the first policy year, death, or entrance into a nursing home. Products / features may not be available in all states.
