Orbiter Growth 10 is a single premium deferred index annuity with a market value adjustment. This contract includes a 10 days freelook period, or 30 days if contract is issued as a replacement. The minimum single premium is $25,000 for qualified and non-qualified money. Up to 10% of the contract value can be withdrawn during contract years 2-10 for all states. Minimum contract size is $5,000 . Surrender charges are ten years in duration which may be waived in the event of annuitization, death or entrance into a nursing home or hospital. Premium bonus, Enhanced Guaranteed Accumulation Protection (EGAP) is additional benefit included under the contract. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty. Early surrender charges may also apply. Guarantees based on claims paying ability of insurer. Products / features may not be available in all states.
