The Pacific Index Dimensions 7-Year Non-MVA is a limited premium deferred annuity. The minimum single premium is $25,000 for qualified and non-qualified money. Additional contributions can be made during the first 60 days after contract issue. Additional cash purchase payments subject to maximum of $100,000. 10% of the total purchase payments, less withdrawals, are available in the first contract year with no surrender charge. For each subsequent contract year, 10% of the contract value as of the prior contract anniversary is available with no surrender charge. Surrender charges are 7 years in duration and are waived in the event of death, skilled nursing care, annuity income payments, entrance into a nursing home or diagnosis of a terminal illness and RMDs. There is an Interest Enhanced Death Benefit available for an extra cost. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty. For non-qualified contracts, an additional 3.8% tax may apply on net investment income. Guarantees based on claims paying ability of insurer. Products / features may not be available in all states.
