The Symetra Edge Revolution - 5 Year is a single premium deferred indexed annuity with a market value adjustment (MVA). The minimum single premium is $25,000 for qualified and non-qualified money. 15% of the contract value may be withdrawn each year without incurring a surrender charge. Surrender charges are 5 years in duration (may vary with state availability); and are waived in the event of death or entrance into a nursing home or hospital and terminal Illness.
