The WealthChoice 10 is a modified single premium deferred indexed annuity with a market value adjustment. The minimum premium is $20,000 for qualified and non-qualified. A maximum of 10% of your accumulation value can be withdrawn after the first policy year without incurrence of any withdrawal charge or market value adjustments. Surrender charges are Ten years in duration and are waived in the event of death, annuitization, confinement to a nursing home, or diagnosis of a terminal illness. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty.
