The Lincoln OptiBlend Income 10 is a single premium deferred indexed annuity with an additional premium option and a market value adjustment (MVA) feature. The minimum initial premium is $75,000. $1000 Additional premiums accepted within 90 days. The contract includes 10 years of surrender charges and offers waivers for death, nursing home confinement, and terminal illness diagnosis. Additional rider includes Guaranteed Lifetime Withdrawal rider and an optional death benefit.
