Rider provides that when owner receives qualifying extended care withdrawal
charges may be waived provided extended care must begin at least one year after the date of issue of the contract; must be provided in a Qualified Institution (as defined in the Rider) for at least 90 consecutive days.
Feature termination:
Rider terminates on earliest of - date on which any Owner becomes age 86, or date on which contract is terminated or surrendered.
