The Athene NY MYG ROP 7 is a flexible premium deferred annuity. The initial minimum contribution is $5,000 qualified and non-qualified. Additional contributions can be made for $1,000 or more and will be allocated to the 1-Year Fixed Strategy. The Initial Interest Rate for this strategy is set at issue and is guaranteed for one year. There is an annual 10% free withdrawal of accumulated value available during the first contract year. Systematic withdrawal is an option. Surrender charges are seven years in duration and are waived in the event of death, confined to a Qualified Care Facility or diagnosis of a terminal illness. Withdrawals taken prior to age 59 1/2 may be subject to IRS penalties and any withdrawals taken during the Surrender Charge Period above the penalty-free amount will be subject to Surrender Charges. This product, its features and rider may not be available in all states. This is an annuity contract issued by an insurance company and not securities or bank products protected by the FDIC.
