The AccumRev 10 FIA is a single premium deferred index annuity, minimum single premium of $10,000 for both qualified and non-qualified money. And maximum of $1,000,000 without issuer approval. 10% of initial premium can be withdrawan without paying any surrender charges. Surrender charges apply for up to 10 years (may vary with state availability), but they are waived in cases of death, entry into a nursing home, or a terminal illness diagnosis. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty.
