The Prosperity PathPro Max 7 Annuity is an individual single premium deferred annuity with a market value adjustment. The minimum single premium is $20,000 for non-qualified and qualified. Beginning in contract year two, up to 10% of the contract value may be withdrawn annually without incurring a withdrawal charge or Market Value Adjustment (MVA). Surrender charges are for a period of 7 years in duration and are waived if confined to the nursing home and if diagnosed with terminal illness. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty.
