The AccumRev 7 FIA is a single premium deferred index annuity, minimum single premium of $10,000 for both qualified and non-qualified money. And maximum of $1,000,000 without issuer approval. 10% of initial premium can be withdrawan without paying any surrender charges. Surrender charges apply for up to 7 years (may vary with state availability), but they are waived in cases of death, entry into a nursing home, or a terminal illness diagnosis. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty.
