The Prosperity PathPro 7 Annuity is an single premium deferred annuity with a market value adjustment. The minimum single premium is $20,000 for non-qualified and qualified. Up to 10% of the contract value may be withdrawn without any withdrawal charge and MVA after first policy year. Surrender charge are for a period of 7 years in duration and are waived in event of death, confinement to the nursing home and if diagnosed with terminal illness. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty.
