The Endurance 10 is a limited flexible premium deferred index annuity. The minimum single premium is $10,000 for qualified and non-qualified money. Additional contributions can be made for $25 or more during the first three policy years only. 10% of the paid premium can be withdrawn after the first contract year and must be taken before one of the two Enhanced Withdrawal Benefit options is selected. Systematic Withdrawal is an option. Surrender charges are ten years in duration, vary by state, and are waived in the event of annuitization, death, or entrance into a nursing home. There is a 10% premium bonus credited to the Enhanced Withdrawal Benefit value, and the EWB receives 110% enhancement on all fixed and/or indexed interest. After 7 years, the EWB value can be accessed by choosing either Option I: Scheduled withdrawals over a period as short as 10 years, or Option II: Guaranteed withdrawals for life. State variations may apply. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty. Guarantees based on claims paying ability of insurer. Products / features may not be available in all states. This is an annuity contract issued by an insurance company and not a bank product protected by the FDIC.
