Description:
The AG HorizonChoice is a single premium deferred annuity with a market value adjustment. The minimum initial contribution is $2,000 for qualified funds and $5,000 for non-qualified funds. 10% of the previous anniversary value may be withdrawn after the first policy year. There are seven years of surrender which, if certain qualifications are met, are waived in the event of annuitization, death or entrance into a nursing home or hospital. There is a 30 day window following the end of each rate term to make a full or partial withdrawal without MVA or surrender charges.
