LunarGuard MYGA 7 is an Individual Single Premium Fixed Annuity. The minimum premium allowed per contract is $10,000, no additional premiums will be accepted into your contract once it has been issued. Withdrawals may be taken from the contract before the annuity payments begin, minimum withdrawal amount should be $100. Any withdrawals taken during the Surrender Charge Period that exceed the 12% free withdrawal amount may be subject to surrender charges or MVA. Guaranteed Minimum Nonforfeiture Value is 87.5% of the contribution. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty. Early surrender charges may also apply. Guarantees based on claims paying ability of insurer. Products / features may not be available in all states.
