Description:
Available after the first contract year, the owner may take one additional free withdrawal of up to 100% of the contract value if they are confined to a qualified care facility for at least 90 days. The confinement must begin after the contract starts, and written proof is required from both the care facility and the recommending doctor. Must be age 75 or younger. N/A in CA.
