Flexible Withdrawal Rider
The Flexible Withdrawal Rider provides a one-time lump sum withdrawal up to the Accumulation Value if confined in a Nursing Facility, Assisted Living Facility, or Hospital for at least 30 days within 35 consecutive days, starting at least one year after the Rider Date. A withdrawal equal to the Accumulation Value terminates the contract, while partial withdrawals are allowed if the remaining Cash Value meets the minimum requirement. No withdrawal charges or market value adjustments apply, and partial withdrawals do not reduce the Free Withdrawal Amount. Proof of confinement and facility licensure must be submitted.
Rider terminates on the earliest of the following:(a) the date the contract terminates; (b) the monthly anniversary after receipt of a written request to terminate the rider; (c) the date a Flexible Withdrawal Benefit payment is made; (d) the Annuity Date; or (e) the date the Withdrawal Charge percentage reaches Zero.
Issuer applies an additional charge 0.000833% of accumulation value for the rider.
