Maximum Enhanced Penalty-Free Withdrawal is 20% per contract year. If the Enhanced Penalty-Free Withdrawal Rider is in effect, the Free Withdrawal Amount is calculated on each Contract Anniversary after crediting any Additional Premium but before adding or deducting any other transactions, including withdrawals, interest, fees, charges, or partial MVAs, by multiplying the Enhanced Penalty-Free Withdrawal Percentage by the Free Withdrawal Basis.
