Owner may exercise option on each contract anniversary on or after tenth contract anniversary until age 91. Issuer will add an additional amount equal to adjusted purchase payments made within 120 days from contract issue less contract value on assessment date, to make contract value equal to owner's initial investment. GMIB Plus II will terminate on the date this option is exercised.
