CDSC may apply to amounts taken through Systematic Withdrawals. If contract owner takes systematic withdrawals, maximum amount that can be withdrawn annually without a CDSC is greater of amount available under CSDC free withdrawal privilege, and a given percentage of contract value that is based on contract owner's age which ranges from 5% to 13%. Free amounts not taken during any contract year cannot be taken as free amounts in a subsequent contract year.
