No subsequent purchase payments may be made: (1) within seven years prior to the Contractâs Maturity Date; or (2) after a Contract Owner (or the Annuitant, if the Contract is not owned in an individual capacity) reaches age 88 (age 83 in New York). No purchase payment accepted after the older Contract Owner reaches age 86 (age 83 in New York). Owner may exchange contract for another Metlife contract under section 1035. This contract is also available as employee version which includes purchase payment credit feature.
