Each contract year, owner may withdraw without a CDSC greater of - 1) lesser of - a) 10% of purchase payments that are otherwise subject to a CDSC, minus withdrawals from the contract that were subject to CDSC, or b) 10% of contract value; or 2) amounts withdrawn to meet minimum distribution requirements under the Internal Revenue Code.
